How long does it take to receive my order?

Production takes 2-7 business days, plus 2-5 business days for domestic shipping. Total estimated delivery is 5-12 business days for US orders. International orders may take 2-4 weeks.

Are your products made-to-order?

Yes! All our products are custom-made after you place your order. This means we create each item specifically for you, ensuring quality and reducing waste.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, and only if the item hasn’t entered production yet. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Do you offer custom designs or personalization?

What are your shipping timelines?

All products are made-to-order. Production usually takes 2-7 business days. After that, domestic shipping typically takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping can take 5-20 business days depending on destination.

Total estimated delivery is 5-12 business days for US orders and around 2-4 weeks for most international orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping takes approximately 2-4 weeks.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your package’s delivery progress.

Why can delivery times vary?

All delivery windows are estimates based on business days. Delays can happen because of production volume, carrier schedules, weather, customs processing, or incomplete shipping addresses.

What if my package is lost or hasn’t arrived?

If you haven’t received your order within 35 days from the date of purchase, you’re eligible for a full refund. Please contact us with your order number.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, but PO box delivery is recommended for US addresses only. International PO box deliveries may experience delays.

Will I have to pay customs fees for international orders?

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Since all products are made-to-order and custom-created, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’re sorry if that happens! Please contact us at support@leclipseatelier.com within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange a free replacement for you.

Can I get a refund if I ordered the wrong size?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for incorrect size selections. Please double-check the size chart before ordering.

What if my order never arrives?

If you haven’t received your order within 35 days from purchase, contact us with your order number and we’ll process a full refund.
